DRAFT MINUTES OF AN EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF GAYDON PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON TUESDAY, 18^TH DECEMBER 2012 AT 8PM

PRESENT: COUNCILLORS: J. CROWE (CHAIRMAN), MRS. M. FOX, D. PIRIE, B. PRICE, J. RICKMAN and C. Hill (Clerk)

1. Apologies for absence

No apologies.

2. To accept a request for a dispensation for Cllrs. Crowe, Rickman and Mrs. Fox in respect of the adoption of the Parish Plan

This was agreed and carried unanimously.

3. Declarations of Interests

Members are asked to declare interests in items on the agenda.

See item 2.

4. To adopt the Parish Plan

Cllr. Rickman confirmed that the Parish Plan has been finalised by the working party and is available on the website. The Parish Council reviewed the actions listed in the Plan. Concern was expressed that there was an action for the Parish Council to maintain pavements. The Parish Council is able to monitor and report necessary repairs to pavements and roads but does not have the resource to mend them. The Parish Council also noted that many of the actions are currently being done on a regular basis and are on-going. Cllr. Price proposed that we adopt the plan, seconded Cllr. Pirie and carried unanimously.

5. Planning Application No: 12/02799/AGNOT - Gaydon Hill Farm, Banbury Road

Postponed until the plans arrive from the District Council.

6. Closure of Meeting

The Chairman closed the meeting at 9.25pm.
