NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT –
An Assembly of the Parish Meeting for the above-named Parish will
be held at the Village Hall, Church Road, Gaydon
On Tuesday, 28^th May 2019 at 7.30pm
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:

1. Any apologies received.
2. Minutes of the Previous Assembly (2018).
3. Any matters arising from those minutes.
4. Speaker – Warwickshire Rural Community Council

5. Reports from Councillors
6. Report from District Cllr. C. Kettle
7. Report from County Cllr. C. Williams

8. Reports from any Parish Organisations

9. Any matters raised by electors of the parish present
9. Closure
